Welcome to the BIAS Website
The Brain Injury Administration Software is designed for organisations and
charities that deal with patients and need to have patient information at there finger tips.
The software allows for effective manangment of an entire patients electronic records. This includes
unlimited addresses for patients Next of kin, Doctors, Carers, Social Workers, Consultants. Address
categories can be added as you desire allowing total customisation of the address fields.
Patient medication, referal histories and indepth notes are also key areas. External electronically stored
documents can be linked to a patient simply by dragging the required file(s) on to the patients notes.
The Software allows you to keep a note of any expenses incurred including consultations, telephone calls, callouts and meetings. Once you have
assigned a value to these services the software is able to give you a cost break down of what a particular
patient has cost you in resources, useful for billing the patient and relevant authorities or simply to allow
you to monitor where your resources are being used.
The built in graphs allow you to show information in a useful and meaningful way enabling charities to
apply for grants and fulfill legal requirements in terms of supplying required information to the govenment.
The graphs are easy to use and the options give you the ability to create hundreds of different graph views
for whatever purpose you may need.
A Powerful search engine allows you to find an individual piece of information or entire collections
of records using upto 4 sets of unique information.
The lastest addition to BIAS is the Portfolio Manager. This smart piece of software allows you to keep all of your clients
work from projects and tasks in a central place. From there you can view all of the work and select all or portions of it to print,
maybe as a record of achievement for the client, or perhaps to take to a clients assessment meeting.
