· If we haven't dispatched your order we will cancel it right away and no money will be debited from your card. If we have dispatched it, then you will need to return the goods to us. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total of the goods back on your card.

An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit
card is processed. The card will not be processed until the goods have been
shipped (except for custom fit orders, which are debited when we place the
order with the manufacturer). Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other
acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been
received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of
any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. GolfersChoice.Co.UK reserves the
right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an
order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate
and/or process the order.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English
law, GolfersChoice.Co.UK accepts no liability for any failure to ship products
where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable
grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you
within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped
as ordered. In such cases, GolfersChoice.Co.UK will not process any payment.

You can track the status of your parcel on-line...
Deliveries to UK Mainland Addresses and Eire
We send most parcels with ANC. To track your parcel click on the link below and
enter your consignment number in the box. The consignment number is e-mailed to
you when we dispatch your parcel. If you can't find it on there, it may not
have been dispatched yet (please allow us three working days to dispatch your
order) or, if you ordered a small item, it may have been sent by Royal Mail
which is not trackable on-line.
Returning Your Goods
Unused Goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from
GolfersChoice.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 14 days of
receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for golf
equipment that shows evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can
only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
Please Note: We cannot offer refunds on custom made products unless they
are faulty.
Faulty Goods
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the
manufacturer. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then
the following action needs to be taken. For purchases under 30 days old, we
will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our sales team on 01604 620808
or E-mail: returns@GolfersChoice.Co.UK to
arrange a swap over. For purchases over 30 days old and less than 12 months old
- please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item. At
our discretion we will either, repair, replace or return the item to you (we
return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we feel the
item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when
the item was returned.
Please note: For customers outside the UK we cannot pay for the shipping cost
you incur to return the good(s).

Returns Policy
Sending back a product
Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a
covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the
action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier
(e.g. Business Post, ANC) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for
smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has
signed for receipt of the goods.
Please note: For customers outside the UK and Northern
Ireland, if you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for
shipping the new product back to you.
